We act as development management consultants for Clients who may be property developers, landlords, property owners and property investment funds. There are many stages to a construction project and at PBA Construction Consultants we aim to work with every Client from the earliest opportunity, through the project itself and beyond completion. By building a close relationship with each of our Clients we are able to co-ordinate each project from start to completion and beyond.

We assess development opportunities with a strategic eye balancing cost, risk, opportunity, and value. By understanding site constraints and market dynamics, we shape clear and deliverable business plans that guide decision-making from the outset.

Project Construction Period 

We work with our clients to define a clear vision which becomes the foundation for the design process. Our role is to continually communicate and deliver this vision through the professional team we appoint from inception to completion. Through continuing to build on our relationships with local authorities and key stakeholders, we navigate complex planning environments to secure optimal planning and development consents.

Project Completion 

We lead the procurement of main contractors, drawing on our strong relationships across the contractor and supply chain markets. We then oversee construction delivery, maintaining focus on cost, quality, and programme throughout.

* Manage handover of the project to the end user 

* Manage facilities management of the completed building 

* Providing end user support after completion of the project to the Client 

We manage the transition from construction to operation, identifying key operational requirements to ensure a seamless handover. We also lead branding, marketing, and leasing strategies working closely with agency teams to maximise value and deliver against the business plan.
